No Fix No Fee Guarantee
Our No Fix No Fee guarantee means you won't be charged if we cannot fix your device. This applies to all standard repairs but excludes:
- Parts already ordered or installed
- Data recovery attempts
- Diagnostic fees for specialized services
Warranty
All our repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering:
- Parts and labor
- Software configurations
- Hardware installations
Data Protection
While we take utmost care with your data, we recommend:
- Backing up your data before repairs
- Removing sensitive information
- Providing necessary passwords

While we strive for same-day service, repair times may vary based on:
